If America's 50th state is new to you, then you are advised to choose one island and enjoy it to its full rather than travel between several. That's because you might lose the favor of the islands if you spend too much time island hopping, although experienced Hawaiian visitors like to travel around a bit.
In order to figure out which islands are offering you the most, we will give a little bit of information on each island. Hopefully it will help you get the right Hawaii travel package.
The most popular is the Big Island of Hawaii offering you some great beaches and surfing, and also the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This is where you will be awed by the power of Kilauea, the most active volcano in the entire world. You can take a hike through some fabulous rainforests or try some deep sea fishing. The Kailua-Kona coast is famous for its fishing, but if you prefer something more active then enjoy scuba diving in the clear blue waters surrounding the island.

A smaller island that has just recently become more of a tourist attraction is the 'Pineapple Isle', or Lanai. With two resorts to choose from you can be assured a visit to here won't be as crowded as the other islands.
Molokai, which is the 'Friendly Isle', offers visitors to experience what an older Hawaii used to be like. Laid-back, no stop lights, friendly natives (which gives the island it's nickname) and traditional ways of living is what you'll find here.
Oahu, or 'The Gathering Place', has famous Waikiki Beach, big surf on the North Shore, the Polynesian Cultural Center, great shopping, night-life and dining. Oahu is home to many beaches for you to enjoy including Hanauma Bay, Kailua Beach, and Ala Moana Beach.
Finally we'll look at Kauai, also known as 'Garden Isle' due to the abundance of natural beauty found here. The Na Pali coast features thousand-foot cliffs dropping straight down into the ocean and dozens of magnificent waterfalls. Unfortunately you can't drive or hike into this area, but you can see this natural wonder by helicopter or from the sea by charter boat. Kauai is also well-known for having some of the best beaches in the world, including Poipu Beach and Hanalei Bay.
